Why can't people learn to tie-up their victims properly?
I can understand newbies and amateurs, but what's with
the so-called "pros"?

The first thing you have to do to really tickle someone
is to immobilize them completely. Most of the pics I see
on TT are unbelievable! The victims are so pooly bound
that they can easily squirm, or even kick the tickler!
Obviously, all the pros are doing is presenting a pretty
face, and pristine photography, but if the viewer can't
belive the situation, why bother? IT LOOKS FAKE!

I can assure you that my tickle victims are so tightly
restrained that they cant even think of wiggling!
Same for me when we switch. When I am totally helpless,
the tickle torture is a thousand times worse!(better)

Enclosed is a pic of victim that is properly trussed-up.
So you "pros", please study it! It only could be improved
by tying a rope to pull her toes forward.

Oh I couldn’t agree more! I was a bondage fan well before tickling came into play and seeing some of the clips or images with very poor bindings makes me cringe (not in a good way by any stretch of the imagination!)

However, let’s not forget there *are* a number of "pros" out there that expertly demonstrate the importance of proper restraints. For those that prefer their lees bound, a good ler knows that taking the time to properly secure their lee pays off, especially in the anticipation department – a stage most are fond of, myself included!

The worst offender being Mr. Stern and him crappy "tickle chair". He's not got anyone but waif like models in there and their tiny wrists just slip out of it.
The pro companies though...if you see lame, easily escapable bondage then you can bet it's about as real as Michael Jackson's brief stint as a heterosexual.
It's irritating to be sure. partly because it's just lame and partly because it's insulting that they pass that junk on to us.
Sorry...reality in tk videos is important to me! 😛

Its because its all fake anyways. They just want your money. They could care less about the quality of their "work". They make half-assed little stories and half-assed contraptions because they only expect the common viewer to only care about whats going on, not the minute details such as props.

They figure you're fixated on the tickling and nothing else and so don't bother to make the stories more realistic or the props used in them.

Ultimately you're faced with the fact:

These producers of videos and pictures are amateurs, even if they would have a right to be called professional. These videos are made by people like you and me in their free time and they can't afford the fancy things, and so improvise with overused plot lines and cheesy contraptions. They use standard recording equipment, and their control of the camera, zoom, etc., is amateur.

The only thing that seperates them from the beginners or individual media makers is that they have models at their disposal who know how to ACT. Most of us would have to get our friends to do it, and if its just the same people over and over again, that gets old.

This is why I don't even bother with watching or buying these videos. Its all half-assed and the models usually have to fake being ticklish, because lets face it, they hire anybody who responds to the ads and then doll them up with a tempting bio thats probably half-true so you'll buy the video just to see that model.

Is there anything more sad than watching a video knowing that not only is the model NOT ticklish, or can even fake being ticklish well, but the props are crappy, sometimes they have to resort to shameless nudity and sexual situations just to sell a video, and the recording equipment itself and the use of it is subpar?

What are you paying these companies all this money for? You're better off just fantasizing. Not only is it more realistic and lucid, but you have complete control over it.

I hear ya, man! What I hate worse than any of it is the dorky-looking stocks with over-sized holes! I also hate weak toe bondage where all they do is tie one end to the toe and the other some place else yet the toes are still flexing-it's just dumb! I hate fake ticklishness too and it's painfully obvious when they fake it! Even if they get the laugh right, they never can get the involuntary look to go with it or it's out of rythem! This is the reason I have never made a purchase of any tickle videos and most clips are fake too! :grind_tee :grind_tee :grind_tee

TKiller...check out TheLastLaughinc.com. Its the only producer Ive seen that captures real and true tickling. No heavy bondage but it's very good.

I saw this one picture of these make-shift stocks, and the damn things were made of this flimsy cardboard! CARDBOARD!

And they wonder why people bash them? How is cardboard supposed to look even a little restraining? If the model really wanted she could tear herself out of it just by moving her legs.

In fact, they probably preped her for it before they shot the pictures, telling her not to move so much or she might rip their crappy stocks. 😛

the hollywood Brother knows most of this tickle stuff is fake but it is up to the performer to make me believe it. What the hollywood brother means, is if the ticklee laughs then the hollywood brother thinks she may be getting tickled. if the ticklee getsl ouder and has tears down her red face, then i believe it is more real and therefore the ticklee is doing a great job of sellingthe tickling hold or move that is being put on her by the hollywood brother or her tickler

The 'models/actresses' are professionals & do NOT want to be tied down securely. They probably have that in their contracts for protection purposes.
Of course, I am speaking in general terms. Not ALL of them are like that.
The other aspect is that the amateurs are just that . . . amatuers.

HELL YEAH! You tell 'em man! Yeah, nothing irritates me faster than poping in a video or downloading a clip and seeing ridiculously escapable bondage, fake laughter (if the person's body does not react or twitch to the stimuli or the laughter does not change pitch or frequency), or stupidly light or mild tickling. I will have realism or the video will not stay in my collection. Also, I will not further patronize companies who put out that type of useless tripe.

Excellent point and I couldn't agree more! The reason the bondage looks fake is because it IS fake as is the tickling. Just a pretty pose for the camera and a whole lotta bulls**t.
The proper bondage for tickling is everything and anything less is a waste of our time.

I have a question about the original pic. What's up with the ball gag? I never really understood the appeal. Doesn't it hurt your teeth to wear one of those things? Are ball gags an idea borrowed from BDSM? And why would you want to gag a ticklee anyway?

It's about domination and control. Try to imagine laughing with something stuffed in your mouth. Really now, stop and think about it, being in a state of severe sexual arousal, your body straining to laugh and the frustrations that build up when you can't so you just end up giggling through your nose as best you can and even then you have to control it so you don't run out of oxygen. It heightens the whole experience for both ler and lee. It can also be extrordinarily dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. People have died, choking on their own vomit and maybe even worse. Best to study it before trying it yourself.
