Hey,

I'm still deciding if I'll be able to swing the trip up to Milwaukee, even if it's only for a day, both in terms of money and time. One thing I would like to know from the community is, will there be a lot of people my age there? I'm 21, and while I would enjoy meeting anyone from this forum or anyone into tickling, I would feel a little more comfortable if at least with at least a couple of my peers in attendance.

First, for Tklr - I have two in their early 20's who have expressed interest at the possibility of attending (and I myself am 29), but neither have confirmed attendance yet. So they may or may not be there. Afraid I can not offer a guarantee.

However, if anyone in that age group is considering attending, please feel free to reply to Tklr in that regard (also be sure to drop me an email so that I may keep you informed 🙂 ).

Second, for UWW - It is impossible to say what the exact ratio will be until the gathering actually takes place (due to last minute cancellations and such). I can tell you that at this time, my list of potentials comes out around 2:1 men:women. I have approx. 7 women who have expressed interest in attending at this time. But it is still very early (2 months away yet), and those numbers could change without notice.

To all you 20-somethings, I should tell you that I'm old enough to be your...well, let's say "older brother". Of course, having said that, I remember a few tickling incidents with MY older brothers, so I guess age isn't a factor. If it makes you feel better, I just got carded buying beer yesterday. 🙂

Got 2 cents for ya - Age don't mean shit for a gathering. It's rare as hell to meet a LOVER there. It's NOT rare to have a great time, though. It's not rare, once havin' done several, to meet people who have heard you were cool. My wife thought such of me, 'cause she heard such (and thank you to all who told her I was cool), and took interest from that.

Gatherings aren't a game of spin-the-bottle. They're about socializin' and tickling. Gettin' cool wit' your interest so you don't have to feel you gotta hide it alla time, and knowin' there's more of us (like the near 7500 on this forum) than you know. That we're all walks of life, all ages, and interests, etc.

Some of the most fun at gatherings, tickling a happy 'lee, were FRIENDS of mine who have me by 10-15 years. I've many friends, at my age, who are younger by that, too, both IN and OUTSIDE of this interest.

They're just damned fun, gatherings are. I wish it were easier t'splain. It's worth it even if "the one" ain't there. She (or he) is out there, and you gotta get cool wit' your interest if you don't wanna spend your life hidin' it. If ya doubt this, ask those who do such now.

DVNC makes an EXCELLENT point! Age has NO BEARING on a gathering!

I was actually the 'baby' at last years SBG gathering. Yet I never once felt that way or even considered the fact. We were all the same age, there for the same fun purpose the moment we walked through the door. Age was about as relevant as eye color. I've played with folks who were 30+ years my senior....never once did it give me pause, nor did I ever even stop to consider the age difference. It just doesn't matter. We're all there to meet real folks who share our fetish, and to have fun. Most of the time you walk away with some good real life friends from the experience. It's all about the tickling, and the friendships. Age, appearance, profession or walk or life, none of it means anything. When you walk through the door at a gathering, everyone is given one single title. And no it's not old, young, fat, skinny, black, white, rich, poor, single, married, or freak. It's "FRIEND". Wear it proud 🙂

DVNC, you know I'd LOVE to have you and the lovely wife grace us with your presence (heck, I'd just love to hear you re-tell the event of me tossing TTD across the room again in r/t...no one can tell it like you). It was such a thrill and a total blast meeting you the first time, and I expect nothing less when our paths cross again (and I know they will, eventually). I understand why it's impossible this time though.
