Minors in Story (admin please read)

Hey,

Ok, erm, I'm teaming up with a friend of mine and we're writing a story where Amber (me) and Jake (Trifalcon4) are siblings, and they move to New York where they meet up with old friends. Well, the second chapter, is supposed to be like a flashback thing, but the thing is, they're like 11, 11, 13, 14 and around the end of the flashback they're 13, 13, 15, 16. But, if they're actually in their twenties, will it matter if I post this flashback story, or should I not even bother making a flashback at all? It's not a minor story at all, just one of the chapters is a flashback, where they are minors.

Will there be tickling in these flashbacks?

Ok, so we bumped the ages up a few years. so, the youngest would be 15. And as for the tickling, yeah kinda, it's what is going to help us understand the situation that's going on the current chapter.

The forum owner has previously stated "no underaged lers or lees," so those characters can't be in any tickling scenes at those ages.
