I recently bought the Miranda video from Tickling Paradise

Miranda is a really hot hard body in a black bikini who is tied spread eagle (best position ever) and tickled hard for a long time. She is outrageously ticklish, cute, smart, and great 'lee. The tickler really works her most ticklish spots.
However, as the tickling goes on and on, I began to feel pretty uncomfortable with the involuntary nature of the tickling. The girl obviously thought she was just doing a Damsel in Distress bondage video, and only discovers the tickling part after she is restrained. She is clearly uncomfortable with the tickling, and while she tries to make the best of it, she becomes increasingly upset, angry and overwhelmed. It is clear that the tickling is not what she signed on for and she wants it to stop (she says this over and over and means it) but the tickling goes on and on.
There is obviously a sadistic (enjoying the ticklee's "suffering") element to tickling and bondage, and each tickler brings a different level of that motivation to their tickling. For me, I like to push the women I tickle up to and maybe a little past their limits, but beyond that it really does begin to feel like torture and abuse and becomes a real turn-off for me. For others, crossing that line is what really turns them on.
I think the Miranda tape is a good test for where your line is between tickle "torture" and real torture.

Eh, it comes down to this:

If it's truly non-consensual, then that was probably not the best idea they've ever had. You get sued pretty fast for that kind of shit, and I'm honestly surprised that Miranda DIDN'T drop the hammer on them. I guess they just got lucky that she's a good sport.

If it's NOT non-consensual, which is the most likely thing, then they're using false advertisement to sell their videos and should be sued ANYway.

All in all, it comes down to the acting level and how far a company is willing to go. Obviously, a company dedicated to rape-bondage won't ACTUALLY kidnap someone, rape them and then sell it stating that it's "100% non-consensual"... however, I guess companies like TP think that it's different when it comes down to tickling.

As for my opinion? I agree with you guys - it's fine to push someone to their limits, and it's even fine to do SOME non-consensual aspect to it, but when you just won't stop you're just being a total jackass and, frankly, could get in HUGE trouble. The whole reason I'm INTO tickling/bondage is because of the fact that whipping and stuff is somewhat hot, sure, but it really doesn't do it for me - I prefer the lighter stuff, hence this. When it's TOO non-consensual... eh. It's just not fun anymore.

It's that reasoning that I can't read the "Ticklish Nerd" story series everyone claims is the best one in the TMF. Even THAT, though fiction, is too harsh for my tastes...

I got this on VHS format, and yes, the middle section is worth the price of admission by itself. That last 15 minutes or so where she was really getting pissed off I don't enjoy so much, but she was being good natured about it for the bulk of the video, all things considered.
Yes, the original website Tickleslaves went down after accumulating the 7 videos, and Foot Paradise took over selling them a few months after that, so I'm sure that poor fellow got into some hot water. Interesting concept while it lasted.

Personally, I get rather uncomfortable watching a ticklee start to truly get uncomfortable during a tickling. Obviously, tickling is suppoed to make you squirm and beg for it to stop. But... there is a fine line. When any sense of enjoyment is lost, it's time to knock it off, in my opinion.

Rick Tibbler is correct -- some producers want to maintain exclusive control over even their sample videos because of copyright concerns.

I think they had problems with the models because they never more did any video of the serie.
In some moments its hard to see, but i have to admitt: I never saw nothing good like this. I would like to see more films with that guy and with models like her.

I have the feeling you're right... that one of his models ended up causing a lot of trouble for him.

But I'd love to hear that story of exactly what happened. Not only would it be fascinating, it might also help other producers develop the same kind of content while avoiding the downside. (For example, would he have avoided his problems by including the word "tickling" in his release form?.... maybe as part of a list of things she's agreeing in advance that might be part of the "bondage video"? Models signing it in advance would probably never even notice the word.)

I wish someone could find that guy and get him to post about it!
