So the Inquisitor hates the Chantry and wants it to devolve into chaos as payback for what they did to his people and he refuses to choose a candidate for Divine(if you know the lore of the Dalish you know why)
Cassandra, not wanting to see her religion fall into anarchy decides to take matters into her own hands and goes up to the Inquisitor's room and promptly seduces him and leads him to the bed and ties his arm's and leg's to the bedpost's (she got the manacles from the Skyhold dungeon) and mLavellan simply assumes that they're going to have some kinky sex only for Cassandra to jump on him and tickle his brains out only saying she'll stop if he agrees to choose a Divine.
Lavellan's hatred of the Chantry runs deep and as a result he faces a loooong night of tickle torture, and the fact that the Inquisitor's chamber's is so far away from everyone else no-one will hear his maniacal helpless laughter.
+due to him being a Dalish and thus walking around both Skyhold and outside Skyhold barefoot Cassandra decides she's going to spend quite a bit of time torturing his feet that he so enjoy's displaying.
+if Inquisitor does break then he names Leliana Divine.
