However (not to question your authority), but I think Myriads needs a more Powerful and Knowledgable Logo. I mean he is the TZAR OF THE TMF!!!!!!
But they are all incredible!!!

1) Click on PROFILE at the top of any TMF page.
2) On the page that comes up, click on EDIT PROFILE.
3) Go to the space that says SIGNATURE.
4) Type
5) Type in the address of the image you want to use.
6) Repeat step 4, adding a / inside the bracket before the IMG [/ IMG] (again..dont leave any spaces)
7) Hit SUBMIT CHANGES
This is what goes into your signature profile...
no space
[IMG] [url]http://www.boomspeed.com/venray1/TicklishSurfer.gif[/url]

Unnaturally....
I'm thinking a Q with a face inside the letter. Nothing flashy....quiet and dignified...lol. Perhaps a goatee on the face, and a lack of hair accentuated by the top curve of the Q? Can you make it look like Mel Gibson crossed with Paul Newman? I like accuracy in all things.
