Hi All! I've had this post bouncing around in my head for a while, but just kept putting it off.
Which do you prefer? Mods or Expansion Packs?
I can only speak about Fallout 4 and Skyrim, but as for myself, I like the mods over the expansions.
For one, they are free, so if you get a bad one [like Fallout 4's Atomotons expansion] You don't feel as if you got cheated.
Plus, I didn’t know this till recently, you have to be on the internet to use downloaded expansions, but you can use pre-downloaded mods whenever.
