If we have any WWE fans on here, check out the Cena/CM Punk match from tonight. Match of the year qualifier, and possibly the best match I've ever seen.

I was ready to be pissed off because of the predictable outcome and everything! But the two went out and had a terrific match. I can only praise both of them for the performance.

It was kinda like the Hulk Hogan vs. Ultimate Warrior Wrestlemania match pushed into overdrive, but not really. It was a well performed match, but Cena is not a technical wrestler(just like Hogan was/is); so, he threw in a once in the blue-moon type of move(yeah, still can not do a controlled backflip); for those who watched the match. In that case, he should have ended the match with a new submissive finisher, and not the overdone impact finisher.

I'll give you his "hurricanrana" looked like he powerbombed himself, but even though the ending was predictable, I was completely engrossed. I read that Vince blew a gasket afterward about that piledriver.

I agree that was a great match. The question I have is anyone really interested in WM so far? Do we really care about a Rock/Cena 2? Or the "fly in a grab a paycheck" match between Brock and HHH? I think if anything one of the undercards will completely steal this show. Maybe a Punk vs Taker? The Shield is generating momentum and could provide a good match, but the 'super team' tag match has been overdone by now. It would take a gimmick of sorts and not just a tag match for round 3.
The card has not been finalized yet so we'll see. But so far, I don't see any great matches that make me want this ppv (which is supposed to be their best and grandest ppv of the year).

I'm kinda surprised there's not much hype for Taker. I'm curious how he'll go out at the big 20, and who he'll face, if anyone. I just wanna see that match.

It was good...nice to see the return of the piledriver.

We're still very early in the year, but you have to consider it one of the candidates for now.

We all know what will happen at Wrestlemania which is kind of a bummer. Cena will beat The Rock for the title because The Rock has more movies to make. I thought if they added Punk to the match then doubt would creep in about Cena.

Now there is talk of a Punk/Taker match which could be good. With Taker now holding the 20-0 and being at the end of his career...we could see the streak end here.

Brock Lesnar/Triple H was expected. More than likely, Triple H will end up winning this one as he lost their last encounter.

Now we go into the lower cards which includes the World Championship.

Del Rio Vs Swagger will have an added element to it. Dolph Ziggler has to cash in his contract or he will lose it. That has always been the stipulation with those Money in the Bank things....unless the WWE Creative team thinks we all forgot about that. I believe with Swagger's recent arrest that the stage is finally set for Dolph to have a title reign that lasts more than a few minutes.

The Shield will likely be in a match involving Sheamus and Ryback.

Team Hell No (Kane and Daniel Bryan) will either be defending the titles and face one another.

Somehow they got to work in the IC, US, and Divas titles....Randy Orton and Mark Henry...

They have work to do to set up the rest of the card under the three main events and the World Title match.

Taker actually teamed with Sheamus to face Barrett and Sandow at a house show in Waco, TX recently. I hoped he'd be back on Raw last Monday, but with them doing the "old school" theme next week I think we may see him then. All in all, unless they book something big soon, I'm going to pass on ordering Rematchamania this year. :-/

agreed a superb match, and im not suprised vince flipped out i was in shock, gripping match was fantastic, should be rock, brock, cena at mania though, believe in the shield!!!

I think the writers and Vince should consider bringing back the "three-way dance"(ECW style match - not to be mistaken with the "triple-threat" match style). Main event matches can progress more longer, and with a lot more action. For those who never heard this style match before, it is basically elimination-style and not first pin/submission.
