Seems odd, but this seems legit. I looked into it contacting the email address through MSN IM and apparently the user is the husband posting pics of his wife's feet. Their first language is Espanol.
So welcome to the board, your wife has lovely feet. I'd recommend though in the future to post anything that doesn't have to do with tickling in the "Non-Tickling" Thread.
