Southern Charm- Write a book about tickling

I would like to write a book about a Southern Belle. She will be in her forties (as I am). Very sexy (as I am) and her man is a rich plantation owner. To punish her for being bad, he ties her up and tickles her. Ofcourse, she tries not to giggle but alas! he is too good at what he does. Anybody here have any suggestions to help me in my book writing quest?
