It is scenes from the Diary of a Mad Old Man, a 1987 film based on the 1961 novel of the same title by Junichiro Tanizaki, a Japanese novelist famous for being a foot fetishist. The novel is about an old man, terminally ill, who is obsessed with his daughter-n-law's bare feet. :feets:
