Movie Screencaping Program (Software)

Does anybody have or know a program for making screencaps from videos and movies.

Ive got a ton of celebrity sole videos, and i would like to make screencaps, i will even post them on here if anyone know's or have's any program (software) that i could use?

Many media players give you the option to save a screencap any time you like, I usually do that with powerdvd which is an excellent dvd player but can play any video file as well. You only have to choose the folder to save the caps to at the program settings and then you just press 'c' each time you want the screen to be saved as a jpg picture.

Thnx. Do you need to have an actual dvd player in your comp to have this program.
