There might be some over-watched kick@ss movies that I might be missing, OR films with favorite parts that you love to get back to... Been burned out lately and I need a little break. Will check out your input. Thank you.

Not in particular order, here's my list as starter:

1. "Spy Game"
2. "The Matrix 1"
3. "Need for Speed"
4. "The Rocker" (Yes, the goofy and shameful one!)
5. "Queen of the Damned"
6. "The Quick and the Dead"
7. "The God Father" Trilogy
8. "Gone with the Wind"
9. "Forrest Gump"
10. "Tracks" (The slooooow Robyn Davidson desert walk that might be sooo boring to you, but I just love it!)
11. "Pretty Woman"
12. "Gattaca"
13. "Get the Gringo" (The script is very amusing)

By no means am a film buff, but there a few I have seen multiple times.

1. To Kill a Mockingbird
2. 12 Angry Men
3. Casablanca

So many, lol. Countless! Many I can recite from beginning to end. All of Kubrick. All the great mob movies "Godfather" onward (and lots from before "The Godfather" too, like "White Heat", "Dillinger", etc). Lynch, Welles. The list is endless.

But I will say that these movies have a special place in my heart, and rewatch over and over, on top of the "usual suspects" like "Goodfellas", "Citizen Kane", "Psycho", "Jaws", "Wizard Of Oz", etc. In no particular order:
Carnal Knowledge
American Graffiti
Paper Moon

Island Of Lost Souls (ditto)
King Kong (the original version)
Minnie And Moskowitz
Woman Under The Influence

Just rewatched "Airplane" a few weeks ago! Still hilarious!

Which version of "Straw Dogs"? There's tickling scenes in both versions. 😉

I had "The Thing" on my list as well, both versions are fantastic and genuinely scary. I'm assuming you meant the John Carpenter version. Definitely check out the 50's version if you haven't seen it, really great. In fact, I think the 80's version is kind of a "sequel" to the original.....dang, I'm going to rewatch both right now! 😛

Casablanca
fifty shades of grey
cool hand luke
cat on a hot tin roof
airoplane
girl with the dragon tatoo
who framed roger rabbit

I only recently found out straw dogs was a remake and havent searched for it yet. Yeah the 50s version has been at the top of my list of movies to watch for awhile but havent gotten to it, im gonna try to watch tonight!

(If you know where to watch it pleeeease enlighten me! Haha)

I am a massive movie buff, and unless a given film is a turd, the minimum amount of times I will watch it will be 2.

Therefore I have only listed here films that I watched around 10 times, in no particular order. These are ones that I keep coming back to, but that does not necessarily mean that they are my favorites. In order to differentiate them in case they have been remade, I'll add the date around which they were filmed, their country of origin, as well as to what genre they belong to:

- Martyrs [2008]. Horror, France
- Die Hard [1988]. Action, USA
- The Crow [1994]. Fantasy, USA
- 7 Samurai [1954]. Chambara, Japan
- Ghost in the Shell [1995]. Science fiction, Japan
- Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels [1998], as well as its thematic sequel Snatch [2000]. Both crime comedies from the UK
- All James Bond films, possibly Octopussy [1983] having been the most watched, Tomorrow Never Dies [1997] being a close second. Largely considered action films from the UK
- Alien [1979], Aliens [1986], and Alien3 [1992]. Science fiction, USA
- Tim Burton's Batman [1989]. Superhero, USA
- All Lethal Weapon movies [1987-1989-1992-1998]. Action, USA
- Drunken Master II [1994]. Martial arts, Hong-Kong
- Le Juge et l'Assassin [1976]. Psychological historical thriller, France
- Oscar [1967]. Comedy, France
- Le Tatoué [1968]. Comedy, France
- Les Aventures de Rabbi Jacob [1973], Comedy, France
- Terminator 2 [1992]. Science fiction, USA
- Return of the Musketeers [1989]. Adventure, UK
- Monty Pythons and the Holy Grail! [1975]. Comedy, UK
- Monty Pythons' Life of Brian [1979]. Comedy, UK

All of these films are basically un-unwatchable for me. If they are playing, I have to sit down and watch them, whatever it was I was doing in the first place.

Thanks for the replies! I'll get back to these lists from time to time sure...

I've seen Taxi Driver twice because it is cool. Jodie Foster was too young then! After seeing Casablanca being posted around here, I should re-consider seeing it sometime.

Wow, what an enormous amount of films, LOL! Who wouldn't love 'Life of Brian' and the infamous 'Biggus Dickus'? I do love mob films too, so I have also seen Good Fellas. Then that original Planet of the Apes (with Charlton Heston).. Jaws and Alien --won't watch them twice. But I should really check out your list from time to time.

Have seen Juno once. It's cute. Been vying to watch The girl with the dragon tattoo and Life of Pi.

Casablanca

cool hand luke

airoplane
girl with the dragon tatoo
who framed roger rabbit
several bond movies

Love some Bond movies too. Have seen the 2 fifty shades movies, but won't watch twice. Roger Rabbit it cool! With 2 votes for Girl with Dragon Tattoo, I should really see it.

What about Bob
The Shawshank Redemption
A Knights Tale
Enter the Dragon

Have seen enter the Dragon, but once only...

As mentioned above, I love Life of Brian, I am laughing just now. Have seen Bond films and almost all Batman, those of Michael keaton are the best ever, but watched only once with some skimming after. Have seen Terminator I. Oscar, once, but the recent one, I think, the 90's with Marissa Tomei -- Stallone's role there is very different and I think very cool.

Wonder
Black Panther

Have seen LOTR, can't watch twice. It's majestic but too long. Jurassic Park I & II and Harry Potter but won't watch twice. Disney and a lot of Batman, for sure I come back to see parts from time to time... I should watch Da Vinci Code then, been curious about it for a while.

"Casino"
"Good fellas"
"Scarface"
As you see, i love gangsta movies

Have seen all of those mob movies! My favorite is Casino, have watched it more than once. Robert De Niro and Sharon Stone really hit it as couple.

Goonies..i dont normally watch movies more then once..Other then that one

I should consider Goonies then!
