Hi All! I meant to post this yesterday, but it was a little busy around here yesterday.

On Sunday night I watched “Scorpion King 3” and I started thinking.

What would you like to see made into a movie [Book, TV Show, Video Game, Anime, whatever]?

As of me, I think I would like to see these video games turned into movies

1. Elder Scrolls-Skyrim
2. Elder Scrolls-Oblivion
3. Fallout 3 & New Vegas
4. any of the Duke Nukem game [well, not “Time to Kill”]

I have read the Gen 13 comics, I have to say that would make a good movie.

Okay , fine.

Tecmo Super Bowl.

Sheesh.

No dude. I think you missunderstound me. I wasn't putting the idea of a Burger Time movie down, I was just asking if it was the old NES game because I couldn't remember.

Burger Time as well as Tecmo Super Bowl could make a pretty good base for a movies.

What're your feelings on a Dig Dug flick?

Which Dig Dug are you taking about, their are two versions.

1. Your on an island and have to send your enemys into the sea by cutting off parts of it.

2. You have to dig down and avoid [or blow them up with a air hose] enemys

The second version.

I think that, if the film-makers really wanted to think big, they could finally give Crash Bandicoot his big-screen debut. 🙂

If we talk bout games.... Zelda!!!! Concerning the plot I'd have to say:

"zelda links awakening"
"zelda a link to the past"
"zelda minish cap"

would be great. 🙂

I hear ya dude, I am a big Zelda fan.

I remember beating the first Zelda [on the NES], something was wrong with my copy and it wouldn't hold saves, so one day I started play at 7 or 8 am and played it all day [with breaks now and then] but I finally beat it at 1 am the next day.

Crash Bandicoot, when I was a kid, was one of my absolute favourite games. I just loved it.

I'm not sure who could play Crash, however. Do bandicoots make good actors?

Deus Ex had a pretty good storyline for a videogame, and X-Com has potential...but I'd be interested in seeing Tetris adapted to the big screen!

To tell the truth I have not played much of Deus Ex, but what I did play seemed to hold together nicely.

X-Com? Don't think I've ever heard of it.

A game I think stands up nice [story line wise] is The Darkness 2, I don't know how they could adapt it into a movie tho.

I don't think Mass Effect, Fallout, and Elder Scrolls would lend themselves well to movies. People like to play them because they can make choices that affect the story, so making a movie would take that freedom away.
