Multiple accounts / using fake pictures

Not sure if this belongs here, but feel free to move it if it doesn't. I don't want to start a huge flame war, but I'm wondering what is the possibility of making it to where people can't have multiple accounts or use fake pictures to pass off as their own? I have heard of people finding out personal info from a mere FB photo like phone numbers and such and taking it to an extent where police had to be involved.

With that kind of fake-picture thing being so rampant here, I am wondering how the majority of members feel about it, about trying to combat that, and what exactly is the possibility of enforcing that here?

Ok, I'll be serious it is a big problem and I definitely think it should be addressed if it's logistically possible.

There is no absolute way to identify multiple accounts in many instances where variable ISP's are used.

In regards to the use of stolen images. We consider the use of stolen images as a serious rule violation, and if it's proven that the images are stolen it will result in the termination of the account and the strongest measures taken against allowing recreations of new accounts if possible.

If you find a member using images that you feel are stolen, report it to us. Include in the post the links to the images and account on the forum, AND the location where the images were stolen from on the web. This second condition is mandatory. More then once in the past legitimate forum members have been accused of being fakes. The burden of proof is on the accuser in this situation. You simply cannot look at a bunch of images decide that they are stolen and the person is a fake based on 'gut feelings' you need to support such claims with the strongest of proof.
