What kind of music do you enjoy? As for me, my taste lies with classic rock mostly (Beatles, Doors, Zepplin)
I recall when the musicians actually played their own instruments and wrote their own songs (which is a reason I have such a huge respect for John Lennon and Paul McCartney).
The music of today, seems to be all "mass produced" and I still cannot tell any difference between BackStreet Boys/N*Sync/98 Degrees/BB Mac....they all sound the same. It seems their music was made "McDonald's style", where every song seems to be mass-produced and there is no difference between their songs or styles.
It's all the same.
