Hi my name is Steve and I am a 23/m from dekalb Illinois. I actually attend Northern Illinois University and I check this section almost everyday and everyday for a while now I've been dissapointed. I just wanted to start this thread to see how many TMFers there actually are in Chicago. IDE love to get to know each and everyone who has the same love for tickling as I do. I think that's some smart advice. It's somewhat similar for m/m tickling also. Being too upfront with a tickling interest to those uninitiated will seem strange to others. Befriend the other person first and when the other person gets to know you well enough to realize you're a decent guy, then the info can come out in appropriate conversation or in casual fun play (but be casual, not trying to suddenly hop in the sack).

I hit this in that section.

Dividing the city isn't a bright thing to do. A) Chicago's players have been notoriously shy for over a decade and a half that I've been watching. B) The fellow organizing there has been doing this for longer than that. C) Attempting to divide them solely for your convenience will insult the existing host and everyone who supported that effort.

If you were to suggest that you'd be willing to host one of their events, south side, that would be helpful rather than divisive.

Again, you can read my full response to that on the other thread. So just calm down, as no one is going to divide precious Chicago's squeamishly shy group. I am suggesting a NEW group and looking to get in touch with others with similar interests without regard of what group they go to. Again, it is unfortunate that everyone is so "shy" however it is not my problem and I certainly am NOT shy.

It bothers me, and the gent running the CTA, only in that you're attempting to divide an already small group of people. The people of such groups, however, tend to resolve this on their own without my need for participation.

That you're deriding that group, here, in a permanent post seems an unfortunate choice. As you derailed one of their threads, yours has been extracted, and moved to Midwest Gatherings.

You're derailing this thread, too. However, as no one here is complaining, I leave this as it is.

For what it's worth, telling someone to calm down when they're already calm is somewhat humorous. This takes moments for me to address, and precious little effort.

Good luck getting your new group started. I'm certain there are folks who feel precisely as you do, and want to hang with your group. Not everyone in the midwest is shy.

I wish there was something in Chicago like the NY footworhip parties. IDE go there for some good tickling. I've always wanted to start a Chicagoland tickle site but I don't have the knowledge.
