Is it just me? my emoticon list is blank. the description is there, but no pics.

Log out, close your browser and log back in. That might do the trick.
 
No emoticons???? Good God, man!!!! Somebody needs to do something about this!!!! Intollerable!!!!
 
If they aren't back, then try switching browsers (use Google Chrome if you were using Firefox, for example).
