After all of these years, I have finally found the "technical" term for our fetish! Some of you may already know this, but it was news to me:

On occasion, I like to yell "BAD TICKLER!!" at the 'Ler who is gettin' me!!

I just can't hear mysylf trying to say, "BAD K-kn-knis-knismongolian---knis--nismolagniac--DAMMIT!!!"

However, wouldn't it be a neat spelling quiz for a Ler to give? "What are you?" tickleticklepokepoke "Spell it for me..that's right K is the first letter." kitchiekitchie "What are you?"

I think that pain and tickling were put on opposite ends of a spectrum because they both have to do with the stimilation of nerve endings, and while pain is caused by severe stimulation or damage to nerve endings, tickling is produced by more gentle contact .....

at least thats how I see it.

Slappy, yours is a personal opinion. There are others whose personal opinion is that tickling is painful, nauseating, disorienting, etc. It's subjective, brother. OTOH, have you ever had some rookie tickle your armpits? You feel like someone tried digging out your lungs from a 2 inch square area. That, my friend, is painful.

Saw those definitions long ago, UnclStevel, when first looking for proof that this has been around longer than me. Find the paper form ofThe Encyclopedia of Unusual Sex Practices, whose online form defines both titillagnia and knismolagnia as "arousal from tickling" on their website. The book is ever more informative, and whenever y'feel awkward about your kink, you can read that on ANY page and feel SO much better about yourself. Some folks have it rough.

I do recall one being a more aggressive attempt at tickling, but the specifics escape me at the moment. I think it was knismolangnia. Knew I should've paid more attention in Latin.

There are more of us out here, alright. There's over 3k here, on the TMF, but there's only a fraction of the world with computers at present, and of them, only some brave enough, and bright enough, to have found this information. I *have* enountered folks who never made this connection with the online world for other kinks. You have to know there's more of us than you see on the TMF.
