The easiest way to upload pictures is go to hosting site like http://www.strike9.com/ and set up a free account.
once you have set up your account login click on my files and the browse button choose the file you wish to upload then click upload button once uploaded click on picture to enlarge. right click the mouse on the address of the pic and chose copy. then go into the tmf and click on the img button in the vB code section and and paste the link there click ok and submit then the picture should show up I hope this helps
