You can't post videos straight to the forum. In fact, I've had trouble even posting images lately. Anyway, this has to do with space and bandwith; videos -- in whatever format -- take too much space. Usually, we post *links* to videos. If you don't have a webpage where you can make space some of this stuff, consider opening a club at Yahoo! (clubs.yahoo.com), or asking someone with space (e.g., JugglerTX) to hold your clip. You could also store it in a P2P network (like Aimster). Finally, you could offer to e-mail the clip to anyone who posts their address, but you just might get bombarded with 380 addresses that *need* that clip.
