Haltickling I had the same problem as you seem to be having. My opinion is that shortly before he posted the server was down and therefore we couldn't have access to the clips. Try it again because I've finally managed to open his site

Very strange...for me it's work always and not only for me...still some guys who never register in this mail service can d/l this clip...and from USA too😎 What not work from you Haltickling? Link for site, or link for clip???

The link to the site switches automatically to mail.ru, no matter how often I try . Don't worry about it, there are several sites that can't be accessed by German servers. As long as the main audience here (Americans) can access it, it's okay. 🙂
