My first tickle pic

This is the first tickle picture I've drawn. What do you think of it? I know that I'm not very good at drawing, but I want to be at least a little bit useful here.

I don't agree with that. I think the girl has a rather pleasant face and a nice laugh. Don't get too hung up on anime/manga standards. There are other styles.

Too bad most people in this forum fail at being art critics. I, however don't mind about that.

The face's pretty good in my opinion, reflecting the comical tone of this picture, which is really interesting.
Reality isn't something I particulary like, taken we can draw almost anything we want; so you get more points for you style.

Another good picture, Baboon! I like this even better than the first... can't go wrong with a well conceived fantasy scenario! Lots of good detail. I really like the octopus's leering enthusiasm (that tentacle is brushing across the sole in a gleefully sadistic way), and the girl's hysterial laughter comes across very well!

The second pic is good too, thanks for posting it. Your work is good and you have a talent for drawing. The more you practice the better you will get. Keep up the good work and don't be so hard on yourself, most people can't draw as well as you do.

So sorry if I said something that's not perfect about the first image... like I said: It's a good pic nevertheless... but when you're pointing out the bad parts of the pics, the artist will know what parts need to be a little tuned and the next art picture will come out alot better like in this thread... (mostly) 🙂

Nicely done! This remids me of the old episode of G.I. Joe where Lady Jane was lowerd into a pit with a similar looking monster and she was BAREFOOT!! But, she didn't get tickled.
Got any more cool ideas involving monsters? :happy:

Two differences in the new picture, both of which I like: (1) nice to see a fuller view of the girl's face, not just a profile, and (2) good comentary from the elephantine guards. The design work on the guards is creative too! It seems to me you could easily adapt these images into the plot for a comic strip. At any rate, you have the basis for a nice running series of pictures here!

I think your picture is a nice effort, but as Seerce said (and I agree) the face is kinda disturbing, for me the most important part of a tickling illustration (following the detail of how the tickling is executed) is the cuteness on the ticklee's face, let's face it - - It'll never be the same tickling an ugly woman (or worse even, a faceless one ) next to a cute one. Try to improve that, OK?
