I remember seeing it years ago but have been unable to find a clip or even the episode title. I do know that it had Micheal Rapaport's character (Frank) breaking out of prison. Earl and his brother have to see him for some reason and they meet him at this woman's house. He says how much he loves playing "This little piggy" with her feet and toes. She willing puts her feet out and he tickles them a little bit. Her reactions are perfect, genuine, playfully and definitely seemed like she like it. Her feet were also very nice if memory serves me well. She was cute af and a BBW.

I remember it very well. It's season 3 episode 19 titled Love Octagon. It's on youtube www.youtube.com/watch?v=wEWitnUUevU @ the 6:45 second mark. Only problem is that the poster cut it off at the top and bottom to avoid copyright infringement so part of her foot is cut off as well. You still see the tips of her toes as he does it though.
