Im having a problem posting my pic. Im not computer savy so to speak. Can I get step by step instructions on how to acomplish this task?

Mail it to me the forums contact address, and be sure to include your user name. Aalso putting 'TMF' in the subject line will give me a better chance of seeing it amoung the hundreds of spams!
