There is no signed proof of age, since that is not an adult movie. It is an amateur vid.
I do agree that mainstream contents should not be shown on an adult forum, outside their original, "safe", context.

I'm editing the original post, so as to to close the link to the vid.
Please DO report contents you deem unsuitable for TTC.
Just refrain from bumping them up, since it actually gives them undue exposure.
 
Yeah, I went by the profile which said she was 18. I'm not looking to make any trouble here folks.
 
The link was removed due to it being of questionable legality. As such, discussion of how to obtain/view the vid in question is not permissable as that would negate the purposes of removing the link.

Well, the law is clear. We can't have minors on an adult site.
TTC is a 18+ forum, so it cannot show 17- stuff.

What is unclear is the profile on that myspace.
It says both 18 and 17.
People do grow to be 18, but if they say some of the participants were 17 at the time of the filming, we cannot host, show or link the clip on TTC.
It's a matter of context and connotation.

We'll let this thread steam off for the usual one-week vacancy time.
