It is quite brief and sadly no reaction because they are both singing but it is a type of tickle that I was anticipating ever since season 1. Either way Episode 10 in season 5. I post it here in this sub because I have no clip and it isn't a confirmation of ticklishness whatsoever.

Lea Michele actually published a memoir two of three years ago, and in it, she talks about how (a few months previous) she was nervous about singing at the White House, so her friend who was there started a tickle fight with her to get her to loosen up.
