Foot torture.

One of the BAC 'comix' features a sketch of a lady having her feet tickled by an SS officer whilst having to stand on a block. She has a noose around her neck thus making it very perilous if she moves!

I don't like the 'noose' bit, but the sketch does have an overall very erotic feel to it. Don't have a copy I'm afraid, but one may have been posted in the past.

Not a fan of the Nazis nor seeing any fantasy ability in them at all, I did read an historical account on my other group where they used some tickling.
History, not fantasy.

They tied french girl to a chair, tilted it over holding her head underwater time and time again. Because she wasn't giving in one of the ladies there started to tickle her feet as she was under to make her lose her breath more as she gasped underwater and gulped it in. After that they outed cigarettes on each of her toes till she passed out underwater.

It's unclear of she died or not, but knowing the Nazis it's most likely she was killed.

being a military historian , your spot on , not my ideal torture. mostly this was done to collect information from resistance fighters , or any info on allied movement in the area, other tortures include.

.Telephone (telefono): a method of torture in which both ears are clapped or otherwise struck

not very nice , but like you say , not fantasy . a cruel chapter in history.
