Need help posting clips

I have been trying to use FS_FTP PRO to upload clips to my free webspace, but when I click on the file and choose upload it just copies the file over to the right window under Remote system and is not viewable when I go to my webspace. If anyone has any ideas please let me know so I can share my clips with you
 
It's probably there, but needs to be linked. Use this format to link the file:
