It was a post on Pornhub between 2019~2020. It's a non-English show and sorry I couldn't figure out the language. The scene was around 5 min. In the show they were mimicking a Japanese show in which girls would try not to spit out milk while being tickled. There were two ladies tickled in the show holding water in their mouths. The first lady was in a red dress. The second one was a blond girl dressed in a cosplay costume of a Japanese cartoon character (sailor moon I guess). The costume looks like the attached image: 
. The tickler was dressed in a black judo clothes. And the two girls were sitting on the tickler's legs and got tickled. The second girl was supper ticklish and she lost control very quickly from side/rib tickling.
Unfortunately Pornhub lost all those archives and I have checked the mainstream channel here for a couple of days and didn't get any luck. Please leave a message if you happen to see that show and knows where I can find it again. Thanks in advance!
