Need to be tickled (SC)

Hey all, I am in South Carolina and I have nice ticklish feet. I am an 18 year old male. I am dying to be tickled. I really want to be either tied and tickled or held down and tickled. Any kind is welcome (m/m or f/m). I just really want to be tickled. I have never been tickled or tickle tortured before and I really want to. My only spot to be tickled is my feet. I am not ticklish anywhere else. Please PM me or reply to this thread.
