Need your help -- chat avatars

I'm looking for a good 32x32 avatar/icon set to use for the chat room. One that covers obviously both genders and are of decent image quality. I tried to make some over at this site, but they become far too fuzzy when re-sized.

Any help is appreciated. Btw, you can probably make your own forum avatar at that site since the image doesn't look too bad at 100x100. These are some of the ones I made...
