Dear potential NEST Applicants,
We are writing to remind you that the deadline for the final steps to be included in this year's NEST gathering is fast approaching. As mentioned previously, on April 15th, the registration fees increased to $75/individual and $100/couple. On May 15th, the guest list will be finalized and all registrations closed. If you do not make other arrangements with us, we must have your final registration and payment by that date.
We do not intend this to be pushy or anything along those lines. We simply need time to finalize our information, make up your welcome packets, make final payments on venues and communicate our final numbers to the facilities we'll be using.
If you still wish to join, please at least state that intent before the deadline and we'll gladly work with you on the rest. Some of you are just now beginning the process. So, please forgive the sense of being rushed. As long as we know that you're definitely joining us, we can give you some wiggle room and extend this by a few days.
