Not sure what to do about sample clips anymore...

Would it better for me to give shorter, but higher quality samples or longer, but lesser quality samples?

Furthermore does anyone know a free video editing software program that I can use to cut up my clips to samples?

I don't have access to the program I've been using anymore...

I'll offer anyone here in this forum if they are good with video editing I will send you ever full size, full quality video we produce for free as long as you get sample clips / photos up here for the community.

Just want to let you know i am a big, big fan of your store. I love seeing the cute girls in tight jeans tickling the hell out of the guys. I bought most of your clips right away and really liked them. This is one of the best stores in my opinion.

Thanks for the kind words! I love doing what we're doing but it's hard to film too often unless sales go up drastically. I'm not even trying to profit here, just want my costs covered. I'm glad you like the F/M as that's my favorite to film also, as I am "Joe" from the clips 🙂 I love getting tickled tortured by hot women. Best part about all of this is that my wife is into it as well! (she is "Anna G")

Yikes! that's quite the conundrum you've got there.

Issue 1: Quantity VS Quality

I've noticed that the majority of the clips in your C4S store are around 5 min long. That duration tends to favor shorter previews at higher quality. I'd go around 0:30-1:00 of preview and maybe like 5-10 seconds of plugging your store at the beginning and end. You could also make/use extra footage you get so that you're not giving 20% of your film away in just the preview. Also when I say higher quality I mean decent quality while keeping size down. Smaller sizes are easier to download and you can always add a disclaimer about quality differences.

Issue 2: Editing Software

You asked for free editing software so I'd advice you to checkout sourceforge.net (a site that open source software for all kinds of purposes). They might have a program that would suit your need. Search under "non-linear editing."

There are a few things about free programs that urk me sometimes. Some people use watermarks over the material or the words evaluation copy rendering the material unusable in a commercial sense.

I really favor spending the money on editing software, but I understand that you're not made of money and decent editing software suites run about $900+ range. You might consider, when you get more successful, to check out the abridged version of editing software like adobe premier elements or final cut express.

tkpatience, thanks for the suggestions i'll check that out. I haven't really needed a good video editor because we don't edit our videos. I bought a good quality camera and we simply film people getting tickled, it's that simple. No BS, very few "story lines", just ticklish people getting tickled.... in full HD 🙂 If this thing ever makes money i'll probably get myself a new PC and Adobe CS4 or something for the purposes of sample clips, compilations etc. I hope to do a shoot not this Saturday but next. I've been trying to convince a few really ticklish people I've met to be filmed but so far none want to be on camera. This one girl who is smoking hot, is VERY ticklish and loves tickling just doesn't want to be on camera but I feel like I HAVE to share her with the world 🙂 I may just offer her $500 and get it over with!
