Well, it was probably only a matter of time before Mercedes Gunn's (Angela Blaque) bad karma caught up with her. She got a little too cocky and her captive, Detective Paula Perill (Annette Lucier) freed herself enough to get the lady gangster's gun. Now Mercedes is tied up and the punishment will definitely fit the crime as the lady detective goes to town on her extremely ticklish feet. Looks like crime DOES pay ... with ticklish payback, that is!
