Doesn't seem quite so much a style as it does another drawing. I'd suggest mastering a few fundamentals of anatomy.

thanks for the tutorial, but by style i meant in that this is not just fine lined and block colored. it is different from my previous pictures......

I like the idea of having the socks and shoes of the victim on show while they are being tickled...hehe...I think that is under demonstrated part of tickle art. 🙂

so it's an old style, but your first time drawing it? mystery ended. more like new and improved than new style.
