Plot Synopsis: Alaina Rose is beginning her workout with some jumping jacks to warm up. She's bouncing around in a sports bra and loose sweatpants that lay low on her hips. In walks her personal trainer, So how's the workout going? He asks. Good. She replies. I think you're ready for my revolutionary new workout routine that will really strengthen your core and really tighten your abs. He tells her and she's excited. Will it flatten my tummy? She asks. Absolutely. I've had incredible results so far. Are you ready to try it? Her instructor then explains that while she performs various moves, bends, exercises, and stretches, he will be tickling her tummy and belly button at the same time. Alaina looks a little confused, she's never heard of an exercise routine like this before, but she agrees to try it. First, he instructs her raise her hands above her head and stretch. While she holds that position, he tickle tortures around her midsection and abs. She begins laughing and squirming because she's so crazy ticklish. But he explains to her You have to be disciplined and hold your position as long as you can and concentrate on squeezing those ab muscles. Let's try for 2 minutes while I tickle your tummy. So she stretches and holds it longer this time while he tickles around her belly. Next, she's instructed to do a back bend. She gets into position, bent over backward on her hands and feet, pushing her stomach up while the trainer tickles her belly button. They try that a few times, but she's so ticklish, she can't hold that position long enough to really maximize her ab workout. So he has her try one last standing maneuver. She must stretch and bend to each side, hold her position, while he tickles her tummy. She bends and holds to one side while he tickles her tummy, sides and hips. She then bends and holds it to the other side while he begins fingering and tickling inside her gorgeous bellybutton. Now she's ready for the final, most intense portion of this ingenious new workout. The trainer asks her to step off the mat. He flips the mat over and affixed to the other side are velcro restraints. He tells her that conventional exercising isn't enough. She now must be strapped down to get the most beneficial and rigorous effects of the tickling workout. So she is bound with her hands above her head and feet apart. He pulls down her pants to expose more of her tummy and hips. He then tickle tortures her tummy and belly button without mercy keeping her suffering in hysterics and constant laughter. Now she's really getting her heart rate going! This is quite a workout for sure! This is ridiculous! She tells him. But he explains to her, All the great pioneers were ridiculed until their methods were accepted as common place. I am the certified trainer here and my methods have been proven to get results! He also presses on her tummy and gives her a bunch of belly slaps to help tighten that core. When he's finally done, she is sweaty and exhausted. He tells her to wait there in her bondage while he gets her a protein drink.
