Plot Synopsis: This is Darby's first time at Tickle Torture. She claims to be extremely ticklish. So we've convinced her to take a tickling audition before we proceed any further. We've told her that the audition would not be filmed and this would be a dry run to see if she's as ticklish as she says. When Charlee's done, she tells her that she did a great job so now they can do it all over again for the camera.

So now she can sue you for breach of contract and illegally using her image in a commercial enterprise, as well as for moral damages, right ? When are you people going to stop making up this cheap type of stories to sell your clips, particularly you "smaller, closer to the public" types ?

Thank you, RCustully, for actually getting it. It's called a premise. You hear that, tt39, not every clip we do has to be a simple tie her up and tickle her. It's fun to have a storyline. What you said was very ignorant, ttc. Obviously we have her permission and a signed model release to use the clip. And what's wrong with being a smaller company who's closer to the public? Shouldn't we be listening to our fans and customers? That's what we do and we're proud of it! We're open to criticism and welcome it here at Tickle Torture, but if you have nothing contructive to say then don't say anything at all. What you said was very misleading and also offending to the intelligence of the members of this forum (beside your general clients). You do not work in the fiction business to have literary products and services; you work in adult entertainment and are expected to be truthful about your products and actions. It is very much a lie to advertise one type of product and sell another - there is a BIG difference between a model posing for the camera and one who thinks she is not recorded. The "storyline" has nothing to do with the characteristics of your product (info about the model, conditions of the shoot i.e. the parts you lied about) - and mixing them only shows bad faith as well as perhaps a lack o professionalism. And you as a video producer know that very well but pretend not to in a lame attempt to save face.

If it's so obvious that you mix truth with fiction and lies one may wonder what else you are not truthful about: are your models ticklish, do they fake their reactions, are they acting or are they candid on camera etc. Don't answer that. We know it's all a premise to you. Right ?

If you have nothing honest to say and do not show any remorse in your behavior than perhaps it's you who should not post at all in a public forum which is intended to host opinions and free material - and NOT advertise your products. You hear that ? 😉

tt39, everything you seem to have issue with is listed after the heading "Plot Synopsis." What do you expect to see in relation to the term plot? I mean, in the plot of the Heroes finale two people died. If I happen to see them on the street I'm not going to call NBC and angrily demand to know why they didn't really kill their actors.

If you have a personal issue with a company you should probably contact them directly to discuss your grievance rather than trying to drive them off the forums. I for one appreciate having a one-stop area to find out about new clips, and I'm sure many other people enjoy having a preview of various products before paying for one.

At the end of the day it's a video of a cute girl being tickled, hardly the stuff of perjury hearings. Let's try to have some fun huh? Life's too short to get angry over something as silly as this. At least I think so.

That's an intentional misdirection: they said "Plot" as to be "covered" by the notion of storyline and they inserted elements of reality and facts (first audition, the camera off etc.) which would attract a whole lot more customers than if they just said: we tied her and tickled her - which is what they really did 😉 Either it is a "plot" which contains a "story" and is entirely fictional or it is a description of the video which contains the model's experience and description, the conditions of the shoot etc. Mixing them is dishonest as well as unprofessional, like I already said twice. Bear in mind that "plot" can also mean "plan" as in the course of action or objective description (of the video), an ambivalence they also used to keep unclear what was real and what was fictional.
In addition if you line of reasoning is true and since "This is Darby's first time at Tickle Torture" is also part of the "plot" than the company along with the model is also fictional, so we may very well not be dealing with a tickling video at all 😛 Talk about that for a scam :laughing:

Also, try to read the (whole) posts you are replying to as otherwise you cannot carry a conversation. You can 'have fun' watching any clip no matter how bad, that was not the point. The point was the company being dishonest to the point of contempt with the 'very essence' of their product in hope of making it more attractive. This is the way that cheap companies with 2nd grade products make it to the top of the scene and companies run by enthusiasts with great quality products but who don't know how to advertise get left behind. We as a community should reject this kind of behavior and encourage true value and honesty - at least here, in out own space that is supposed to promote our interests and views and not those of any commercial entity.

OK tt39. Think whatever you want. The clip is what it is...her tickle audition. You can call it a plot or a premise, whatever you call it, the clip is as described. She was told it was not gonna be filmed but we filmed it. When we were done with the audition, we tickled her again...and again. And it was an idea given to us in a post on this forum in one of our threads where we offered a sample where the girl wasn't very ticklish. In that thread, we got into the discussion of how to find out if a new girl is really as ticklish as she claims. And you never really know until you tie them down and tickle them. We love and live to tickle people. And we are honest, that's why we provide samples so you can judge for yourself. Ticklees aren't coached. So if they're ticklish or not, you'll see for yourself. If you like the sample, maybe you'll buy the clip.
