its a Remington Massarger =)) (Remington are known for there gr8 hair cutters and hair dryers and stuff like that, specially in the uk!! =)
it comes with some gel, and two pads where you stick on to the muscles of ur body that need relaxing =)
it akes 3 AAA batteries and is very lightweight, and it has these options:
Push, tap, knead and auto programs

in the review (the link above) when used as a massarger nobody could even use the speed 10 (which is the highest)
just imagine this on your ticklee's bare soles (on the arch or at the top on the ball of the foot, mayb near the toes) and turn it on and use from mode 1, all the way up to 10!!
this would b one serious tickling tool, im gonna order it, and try it on my girlfriend =)
