I'm afraid I kinda agree with TNS5, cept not so rudely. You're drawings are kinda creepy face wise and to be honest I'd be extremely surprised if anyone actually bothers to buy them

I don't think they're for sale persay. It's just that you can find them in the membership area of their site along with other goodes.

Relax man, if you don't like it, don't buy it, no need to throw a fit over someones work.

I don't know what these guys are bellyaching about, I love them! 🙂

It's people like you, TNS5, that make others feel ashamed to have an interest, or fetish, in tickling. If you don't like the art, don't cruely shut down the artist. They should be able to express their versions of the subject, no matter the artistic talent. If it bugs you so much, then just brush it off your shoulders and move on. You make yourself look like a complete asshole, and in no way is that what this website was made for.

You said it man! Right on! 🙂

Isn't Kamiano also that guy with the ponytail?

I always liked him

I don't understand why so many of the people into tickling think they have the godgiven right to mock and insult the writings and art of other people, especially when they never produce anything of their own. Like, if Bella Donna had politely said this wasn't her cup of tea, that can be respected on the grounds that she's speaking as a fellow artist, and whatever she has to say would be constructive. But for someone who's just a taker/consumer to just troll and flame... this I don't get at all.

Okay first off, THINK before you speak. I never intended to make anyone here ashamed of their fetishes. That wouldnt be right considering I have had a foot fetish since I was 3 yr old. And yeah, I know this reply is kinda late, but it still bothers me. His art work is really unpleasant to look at and you shouldnt side it. I just cant see how can u like that sorta thing. Look, my point is that I am not hating on anyone for their foot fetish, NO way I am. But the way its drawn I find disrespsctful. I mean, there are so many beautiful works of ART that are so pleasant and awe inspiring, I know whats good and wats bad.

No....no its not. Plz, go see some real good artwork on Deviant Art, cuz there are alot of pretty images that compliments foot fetishes.

Thank You so very much TickleWizard. Finally someone who understands what I mean. And yes, I admit that was a bit harsh. I didnt mean to offend anyone else with a foot fetish, plus I have that as well. I mean, I dont think they are pleasant to look at. In fact, just like TklWzd says, they're creepy rather than pleasant. Who would in their right mind get off at that. But look, I dont mean to sound like a complete asshole, What I mean is that I have seen other prettier forms of art. HAs anyone else seen footfetish in anime? Now thats beautiful.

I'd prefer to see positive comment if you like the work or silence if you don't like someone's work. Its just my view but I think that, aside form stuff which is a crime and dangerous like child porn, Devianart and TMF is a place for tolerance in freedom of expression - so if you don't like someone's work - ok, fine, but is it necessary to publically critique it, even if you take exception to it? I don't think so. Is it really necessary? I think we can all judge for ourselves without vocalising negative opinions. We can let our cursor choose what to see, ignore what we don't enjoy so much, and let our credit show what we like to buy without wasting energy being negative.

Positive comments are ALWAYS worth the effort if you like the person's contribution to this community.

So for the record, I like his art. Its different, but the facial and drawing style seems to to me to be slightly referencial to certain comic styles in the 70's (eg L'il Abner) but unique in terms of comic and pop art expression. The exaggeration in the drawing style appears to me to be deliberate, not a mistake in or lack of technique or skill. I'm glad Kamiano hasn't restricted his style to more traditonal forms of line-work.

Deviant art. Its new, and some of us hope it is not oldfashioned art-communiity behaviours based on some notion that standards or rules of expression, skill or ANYthing should apply as critique. If you don't like it: D E V I A TE away. That's my suggestion.

Of course any of us could always just be here for a kind of performance-art where we insert negative comments below art negatively to generate responses. I suppose that's legitimate too, but then if we like can choose to D E V I A T E away, and so on.

I actually ended up reading the comments before I actually saw the pictures, since the "rude comment removed" message caught my curiosity.
But now that I looked at the actually art, I honestly can't see what's all the ruckus about. I mean, I don't really like the style either, it's not my thing, but I've seem much worse here that everybody seemed to like. I expected something much worse from the bad comments.
There's tons of drawing styles that I don't like that people in general will say it's good. I don't think you can something isn't art because you don't like the style. And this Kamiano guy doesn't seem to me like he knows how to draw, even if his style for faces isn't the most pleasant thing.

For me the bad point in these pictures is the same as pretty much everything else in this community: a lot of the pictures done by the members look almost the same. Same kind of tickling, same poses, always feet in stocks.
Nothing against the fact most people here seem to also have a foot fetish, but there's other ways to tickle feet, and you don't have to tickle only one spot.

Can't really say I have much right to say anything, though, since I'm not a really great artist, nor have time to draw and post tons of pictures here, so I tend to keep my opinion to myself. But there are times a girl has to step up and say what she thinks.

I'd say they're... ok.

I've seen better, but I've also seen much worse. Kamiano does at least give the sense that he understands proportions, that his distortions are deliberate rather than due to lack of skill, whereas a lot of amateur art looks like "the proportions are off because I don't have the skill to do it right." Also, Kamiano shows that he can do at least a half-way decent job on the details when he wants to.

IMO Kamiano's style would work better if he drew a series, comic-strip-wise, rather than trying to cram a story into a single panel. The large amount of text in the drawing detracts from the work. It works better to tell the story in an optional bit of attached text, or to tell it with a series of panels.

Also, they're kind of rough-looking, whereas black-and-white drawings need to have a certain extra elegance to get by in this colorized modern world. Kamiano and Tickling Paradise would do better if Kamiano did colorize his drawings for the site, (or if someone else where found to be the colorist.) Alternatively, he could put a lot more work into them to make them more refined drawings rather than quick cartoons. Although I think I'd prefer colorization.
