Oddly, there was a gathering in your state, way back in the last decade. Went really well, too. The lady that hosted it went underground since. I don't recall many locals, as much as folks knowin' other folks that rolled in to visit.

Might wanna try that path. Visit folks in other local states. The eastern seaboard is chock full of ticklephiles, after all.
