New to this... f/25/london ler and maybe lee

I just moved to London and am looking for a tickle buddy to play with, that is, meet up for tickling. I'm 25, female, traditionally a ler (would be open to experimenting with switching but don't think I'm that ticklish) and want a guy between 23-30.
