I just got the new WHAT ON EARTH catalog. On page 75 there is a toy called the "Tickle Me Foot". It is a rubber foot, that when you tickle it lightly, sets off a voice, laughing hysterically and pleading "Don't tickle me!"

It is item number AN4072
