FYI, this happens with Yahoo groups with rather low membership. Yahoo limits the amount that can be downloaded based on the number of members in the group. The only thing to do is wait awhile. Sometimes, waiting until after midnight (your local time) and trying again will help, it's worked for me. Good luck.
