Just occurred to me this evening. How many of us would absolutely love to have a truly fun New Year's Eve bash. Maybe even more enjoyable than the average times' spent watching the ball drop?

Gonna work on this idea, and keep everyone in the tickle world posted on progress.

Eh? On new years you watch a small round object fall? You can't be serious... or at least you have to be really drunk at the time... whats the deal?

While watching the ball drop in person requires getting to Times Square many hours in advance, most people in the U.S. watch it on television.

In Australia, you may be sound asleep on New Year's Day by the time this happens.
