what think ye fine people? Is this guy crossing the line? I think offering stangers money to tickle them is a bit much, and may lead to further, more aggressive, meands, but then again maybe not?

I guess you can't knock a guy for trying. But he could be more sensible in his approach. If you are going to pay someone for tickle fun, why not try a massage parlor girl?

They say a man does not have enough blood to serve his brain and his penis at the same time. I think the fellow in the news story has that problem. His desire for tickling girls has him too worked up to think clearly.

Y'all pretty much summed up what I thought. I mean, if you WANT to pay for it there are professionals that will gladly take your money. Still, its interesting that there "was no crime" invloved. Wow.....I hope to God that I never get that desperate!

Even as a tickle lover, I would feel totally creeped out and threatened by a guy that approached me in a parking lot with this kind of offer! It would be my assumption that he would also try something else with me, and I'm betting that many girls would assume the same. And honestly, even if I KNEW that he wasn't going to try anything else, I still wouldn't do it.

I'm betting that the guy didn't score one "sure, what the hell" kind of answers from any of the girls that he approached. It is hardwired into us girls (at least the ones in my area anyway) to be very cautious around strangers...especially ones that approach you when you are alone (and in a dark parking lot! lol).

I don't blame you, Maggie. Somebody who makes propositions to total strangers in a public parking lot involving money for physical contact of any kind obviously has no sense, and most specifically no sense of boundaries in behavior.

Well if he asked for a blowjob then he would be breaking the law and it would be contrary to what I said. I'm not saying the guys mentally healthy, poor guy sounds rather desperate, and probably horribly insecure, but from what the news article is saying it doesn't even sound as if he's pressuring anyone (but it's all speculation, what do I know anyway?). All I know is noone is being harmed or being pushed into anything they don't want to do. Knox brought up an interesting point: what if these women are harmed emotionally by being approached by a guy who wants to pay them to tickle their feet?
