OK, first of all...no class for peytons lil bro Eli, yeah you were drafted by San Diego..after a statement that you wouldnt play for them..smart move by them for taking him..he should of put on the hat tho..would it of killed him?? no i dont think so..i seen the reasoning in taking him.extra draft picks next year...ok..anybody see all 14 buckeyes get drafted?!?!?! Go Ohio State! who did the best drafting? i like carolina, new england, and atlanta's picks..umm..my phins did terrible drafting..only grabbing OT vernon carey of miami u of fla..let me know who you think had good drafts..plus i know there are some eagle fans here..i missed their picks..wondered how well they did..and giants i heard had a nice one too..but im not too sure..let me know ppl what you think of this new class of rookies....R.I.P. Tillman and the rest of the other heros that have been killed in action to protect this country..god bless the men and women still fighting..Some Gave All....All Gave Some

Archie Manning is a dick, Eli Manning is a brat, and Peyton Manning is still an over rated hick. Screw all three with a baseball bat. There. I said it.

NFL draft

I think the RAIDERS did the best; the draft fixed their O-line and free agency fixed their D-line. controlling both lines in the trench equals the AFC west title once again. The Silver and Black nation will rise again. You think the Bucs had a good defence with - Sapp, Brooks, Lynch. The Raiders got Sapp, Harris, Then big C.Wood (the best corner in the league).

I think the cowboys forgot which draft they were choosing in casue it seemed their scouts didnt look hard in this draft class, will i suppose they will pick up good players in the baseball and basketball draft, 😛 to go along with the other reject QB's they picked up from the minor leagues, Quincy Carter is the future of that club, just face it - Parcells knew this by starting him and now havin Keyshawn this will be his brakeout yr

Mmmm-hmmmm..........no. Sorry but I'm just not buying it. Quincy "NFL Europe" Carter and "Meshawn" Johnson are going to wreck that team, not that I'm complaining. I've always hated the Cowboys.

ok, heres something i found out today. Simeon Rice goes onto the Jim Rome Show..He bashes an ex-NFL player who gave up everything, including his life, to fight for this country, Pat Tillman. He said it was no big deal because Pat was Just GOOD ENOUGH to play for the Arizona Cardinals. That his death was no big deal. I guess the 2,000+ people who died on 9-11 meant nothing to him, nor did the 700+ men and women who gave their lives already in Iraq. Maybe hes forgotten about the Hundreds of Thousands of Americans who have died for this country, or maybe they are Just Good Enough to live in this country, to die for this country. My Grandfather served in the Army, My Uncle served in Vietnam, I have relatives that fought in the Operation Desert Storm in '90. I have family and close friends in Iraq and Afghanistan right this very moment. I dont forget any of those who sacrifed their lives for this country's freedom. I, myself, am very Patroitic. I know Simeon has a right to freedom of speech, I just dont see him giving up all he has to defend this country. I know I would if I was called upon to do so. I have stayed out so far, because of family asking me not to go in, but when needed, I shall go. God Bless the family of the men and women who are overseas. God Bless these Courageous Men and Women. I am willing and understanding that I know someone will come along and take a shot at me for writing this..i have included a pic i made of Pat Tillman, who i remember playing Football, but not only that, as one of the many Heroes of this country.

Hmmmm...that's rather intriguing.
On one hand he has the right to say what he feels, though he'll likely catch a ton of static for it. People forget about that whole free speech thing. It doesn't apply to only the people you agree with (Republicans, I'm looking in your direction). I'm not defending what he said, just his right to say it.
Perhaps this was a bash on the war itself that went horribly awry. If he has critisism about the war or the current government then he should have directed his hostillity towards the party responsible for this madness.
Or he could have meant that he found it wrong to make a martyr out of a guy who was unfortunatly killed in the war and who also just happened to have played in the NFL. Thousands of other troops have been tragically killed as well. Why focus on this one man because he's a celebrity? What about the 23 year old guy from DeMoine with a 3 year old and another on the way?

On the other hand, if it came down to it, would he have the same grapes Pat Tillman had to risk his neck for the benifet of the nation if came down to it? If the answer is no then he should just shut the fuck up.

i so agree with you right there mayday..i have no problem with him saying what he had to say...its free speech..but and its not all about Pat Tillman..it just seemed like a bash to all our guys and gals who died over there..i just used Pat because thats what brought up the whole statement..and simeon is known to run his mouth..he played with warren sapp the worst trash talker on the raiders now..just felt i needed to get that out cause it upset me a bit..i felt it as not only a bash to mr. tillman but to all the service people risking it over there..i just support our troops and this country, maybe i shouldnt of said anything..oh well..i have the same right as simeon

That's absolutely correct. You do have the same right as Simeon Rice, Dick Cheney, Rush Limbaugh, or Toucan Sam. And I can use that same right to call each of those people, in order, an over priveledged jackass, a heartless monster, a pillpopping douchebag, and........well Toucan Sam's actually a pretty cool guy. Once someone says "You can't say that!", then they are out of line and can go get stuffed.

and just because I'm a dickhead:
This is MayDay's America, slaves! Love it or shove it!

THE WORLD IS YOURS MAYDAY! hahaha! i can tell youre a democrat or at least Anti-Republican..lol! thats cool. Alls I know..is I bleed RED, WHITE, BLUE. lol and on saturdays during the fall, I bleed a little SCARLET AND GREY for my BUCKS!! lol
