Hey, good luck to you bud, but I think those 2 a days are gonna HURT like hell and all the way back...lol. I found that the activity level wasn't the problem when I hit my 40's, but the price paid the following 24-48 hours became too mcuh. If you make it, we can write the Readers Digest though, and the movie script practically writes itself! Q

Do me a favor...if you're any good, please try out for the Bills. I'm sick of their defense being a shadow of its former glory. We weren't the Steel Curtain or anything, but given the upgraded offense, all we need to do to win is get a few stops when its crunch time.

hey Tron, if you are serious, good luck to you. but remember, if you havent doen this for like 20 years, these "20-somethings" that now play in the NFL are bigger, FASTER, and stronger than 20 years ago. if you do go to a training camp, you might be suprised on how much better athletes have become....
