Not the cool old TV series with Darrin McGavin. This is a recent horror movie that (I think)is loosely based on the serial killer Richard Ramirez. A mere few minutes into it, the lead psycho picks-up a hooker and whacks-off to her foot in his face while they're in a parked car. She laughs at him and calls him a freak. He yells at her and sez: "Don't look at me!". For completists only...
