Hi guys! Just thought I'd drop a note and let my friends here know I am still among the living. I haven't been online, at least socially, in basically forever...but I haven't really gone anywhere. Once things settle down, I should be back around a bit.

I had a good laugh...it came to my attention that there's a rumor flying around on another TK forum that I went to a seminary or something. 😀 Interesting rumor about a known atheist, eh? And prison? Nah...I've actually been a pretty good boy...lately, anyway. 😉

The long and short of it is that I'm moving from upstate NY to Pittsburgh in the next couple of days. My babygirl Shy and I will be in a state of cohabitation and bliss! I've been dealing with a TON of things in real life, both professional and personal. Wild Card Radio has been on hiatus, but will be back in August.

Outside of the physical challenges of moving across states, ending jobs, etc...I've also been going through kind of a sea-change in my own personal outlook and philosophies, both in kink and 'nilla life. The more I've been refining exactly what kind of a person I am, how hard-core a kinkster I really am and how much of a lifestyle this is for me...the less I've been active in any sort of "community" or local scene. I'm getting more and more private while opening up to exploring new things in my life that interest me. Mainstream writing, activism in certain causes and a deepening desire to further my philosophical studies...it's been quite a year so far.

In any case, I hope you're all doing well and I do hope to be back in touch soon!

hmm a seminary for Doms..ah rumor mongers abound everywhere..i, like yourself, have cut ties with a few places..the theater is the only interactive forum that i belong to now..after six years of living in limbo..a fantasy life if you will, after mom's death etc..i decided that it's time for reality again...so i'm spending more time offline..deleted my accounts on mds and fetlife..only come online briefly..taking my life back, my body, health and home..it was a fun trip and something i needed..but now it's time for my life to begin again in reality..

oo and i'm so happy for you and shy..she's just adorable..

Thanks everyone! Well, I'm now officially a Pennsylvanianite...ummm...Pennsylvorker...hmmm...Pennsynnie? Ah, I'll figure it out. I tell ya..."New Yawkah" was a hell of a lot easier! And, no matter where I live, I think I'll always be a New Yorker, just too hard to breed out. 🙂

Shy and I are very happy, although many challenges remain. It's been a difficult transition for me, as it would for anyone very used to a certain set of circumstances for a long time. I have to relearn Combat Driving, something I haven't had to do since I lived in L.A. I don't know where anything is, and I now apparently have to carry a big stick with me since I like the Browns and Ravens. I'm stoked about being able to see some Penguins games, but there's no way I can just become a Steelers fan due to location.

Anyway, it's nice to finally be settled and we're having a wonderful time together...finally after all this time. 🙂

I suggest visiting Gettysburg..not that far away and well full of history and lovely country side..so peaceful, it's hard to believe a terrible, bloody conflict ever took place on those fields..
